Is it free to list a property?
Your listing is free for 7 days. If it isn't let by then, our team can let it out for you for a brokerage, and we agree the terms with you in writing before anything is signed.
Who will I actually be dealing with?
RentalSpaces, from start to finish. Tell us the area and the budget and we shortlist what fits, check each property is still available, and book the viewings in one trip. One RentalSpaces Xpert covers your area — they meet you at the property and stay for the rest of the list.
